Exchange Policy
Shreehari.co offers an exchange policy over items with specific criteria.
It is highly recommended to shoot a proper continuous unboxing video after receiving the product.
If you find any defect or damage in the product during unboxing, you need to focus the camera on the damaged part of the product. The video should be continuous, as we will not entertain any edited video.
You need to send us the video requesting an exchange within 48 hours of product delivery through our email address or contact number.
You can contact our team at 9007408408 or write your request at sales@shriharionline.com. Our team will thoroughly examine the video, and we hold the sole discretion to approve the product for exchange.
You also need to send a copy of the original invoice that was generated at the time of placing the order. Without an original invoice, we will not be able to proceed with the exchange request.
Once we approve the exchange of the product, you need to send it in a proper package, along with a copy of the original invoice, and you have to bear all the courier charges.
Customers should keep in mind that our Exchange Policy will be done against new products of the same or higher value. An alternative option for the product must be provided by the customer, in case there is no availability of the same product.
