Just can't get enough of us?

We now offer a bulk ordering facility. Whether you are a stylist, wedding planner, boutique owner or business owner, let us take care of all your jewellery and accessory needs. We will even cross international boundaries to support you. Just send a mail to support@shreehari.co,with your bulk query, and we will get back to you within 24 hours with the best offer. If you have already shortlisted the products that you need, please mention the product codes (e.g. VLJAI20004) and quantity required for each codes, and we will provide you with the best possible prices. The bigger the order size, the better the prices. Please read through our FAQs for more information.

What is a bulk order?

Any order worth Rs 20,000 or more is considered a bulk order.

What benefits do I get from bulk ordering?

We understand that everybody has different needs and requests; and we will provide you with benefits that are customized as per your request. Please send us a mail with all your queries at support@shreehari.co and we promise you we will revert in 24 hours.

May I order samples before placing my final order?

Yes, you may order samples, but we may not be able to offer you bulk order discount for sample orders. You will get a bulk order discount on purchases of Rs 20,000 or more.

Can I place one order but get delivery over time to avail bulk order discount?

Kindly mail support@shreehari.co with details on how you want to split your order and we will try our best to accommodate the request, but cannot make any prior promises.

How do I pay for my bulk order?

We accept online payments via credit card, debit card, and net banking. We also offer Cash on Delivery option to selected locations in India. Please send us a delivery address and we will confirm whether your address has Cash on Delivery option.

Do you deliver bulk orders internationally?

Yes, we deliver bulk orders internationally. The dispatch and delivery time will depend on your order size, quantity, and location. Once we get your order details, we will give you a reasonable estimate of delivery time.

How will I receive my bulk order?

We send all packages via reputable couriers such as DHL, Fedex, Blue Dart, Aramex, First Flight, or India Speed Post.

When will I receive my bulk order?

You will receive your bulk order within 5-7 days in India and 10-15 days outside India.

How can I track my bulk order?

We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the products. This shipping confirmation email will have the courier’s tracking number and the link for tracking.

What if I receive package in damaged condition?

If you see that a package is damaged when the courier delivers it to you, please refuse to accept the delivery and call our customer service executive at 033 2272 2272.If the external packaging is good but you find the product is damaged after you open the box, please call our customer service executive at 033 2272 2272.

How much time do I have to return the products?

If you do not like the products that you received or the products that you received are damaged, please call customer service about product return. You have 7 days to return your products.

How do I return the products?

We have pick-up services at certain pin codes in India. If your area is covered under pick-up locations, we will let you know about the pick-up. Please keep the products in their original packaging and keep it ready for the courier person to pick up. If your area is not under our pick-up locations, you will need to send the parcel back to our warehouse.
